OVERVIEW : - As a Sr. Specialist of Sales Enablement for Salesforce's you will be primarily responsible for the enablement roadmap for a group of sales development teams in the India region. You will work with the senior sales development leader and stakeholders to define and establish enablement priorities for the business, delivering on the resulting enablement plan for Sales Dev teams and other sales roles. You will drive the attainment of competencies and design/delivery of curriculum throughout the lifecycle of sales development and account execs, partnering with other teams across enablement. - The ideal candidate has an in depth understanding of prospecting, qualification and sales roles, an appreciation for the Salesforce selling motion and a proven track record in translating business needs into scalable and impactful enablement. Everything you do is focused on driving scalability and repeatability in India enablement and creating an army of committed and empowered sales executives and sales development reps that have the right knowledge, skills and confidence to meet and exceed their goals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Onboard new hires to meet and exceed productivity and training requirements, reducing time to value. - Partner with sales development and sales leadership across India to develop and facilitate programs that meet the requirements of the sales teams. - Assess performance of sales development and sales teams to prioritize enablement strategies and tactics. - Provide coaching and guidance around sales processes, tools, resources and best practices. - Help sales development and sales teams generate demand with prospecting coaching and strategic planning. - Develop and execute a quarterly enablement plan. - Continually work on evolving the regional enablement programs in region in conjunction with other members of the Sales Enablement team. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS PREFERRED : - Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferable in L&amp;D, training, sales process design or sales enablement - Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles, pre-sales, lead qualification, sales process, and coaching. - Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training. - Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit. - Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator with a flair for storytelling. - Strategic thinker that can see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant change. - Knowledge of Salesforce product portfolio, sales process with keen understanding of product messaging and positioning in addition to overall industry knowledge is a must. - Great interpersonal skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds.&nbsp; - Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence.
