Salesforce Solution Architect - Healthcare/Pharma

- The individual should be capable of suggesting appropriate design, frameworks, integration patterns for customers using Salesforce as a platform

The individual will work closely with Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical/ Health Insurance clients, invloved in presales, understand business requirements,design solutions, suggest best suitable design, licenses and implementation approaches for scalable and robust application

Description

- Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success

- In depth domain knowledge to propose solutions, pitch in for sales and continuously engage with the clients

- Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes

- Work closely with various technology teams (Development, Infrastructure, PMO, etc.) to define and implement 

elegant, scalable and sustainable technical solutions using the Salesforce technologies

- Involved in understanding key business requirements and architecture solutions, design and implement best practices

- Closely work with healthcare\ pharmaceutical customers to understand their business and technical requirements mainly during initial phase of the project

Profile

- Minimum experience of 13 years

- The candidate should have experience in domains like healthcare\ pharmaceutical\ heath insurance

- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, licensing model and best practices

- Extensive experience in handling US clients
