Salesforce Project Manager with Certifications

Job Location : PAN India except Mumbai

Experience:

Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities implementation

Skills:

- Salesforce Lightning experience, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Force.com IDE and Force.com Ajax Toolkit, Salesforce API integration

- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems (like Mulesoft etc)

- Strong experience in Agile way of working, experience as a Scrum Master, familiarity with tools like JIRA

- DevOps practitioner with Copado, Git, GitHub and CI/CD experience

- Good understanding and exposure to Salesforce DX

- Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes

- Good Communication, Analytical & problem solving skill

- Good Project Management skills, including creating project plans, communication plans, timelines, risk/issue tracking, status reporting, stakeholder and team management skills etc.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed in configuring and customizing the application

- Design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

- Coordinate with Clients, BA's, Architects, Dev leads, test leads etc for successful delivery

- Act as a product SME for complex functional issues as needed, especially related to determining when customer requirements require a custom solution and configuration and validation of new features

- Drive discussions and capture minutes of the meetings

- Team building and people management, enabling team with technical skills through trainings and certifications, performance management

- Deliverables tracking, status reporting, risk/issue tracking and reporting

- Contributions to RFP's, recruitment and practice level initiatives

Certifications:

- Preferred -> PMP, CSM, SAFe

- Additional -> Salesforce AppBuilder
