Job Description :

This resource will have the complete responsibility and authority to manage the implementation, support, maintenance and upgrade of different modules of SFDC.

A thorough salesforce professional with 8+ yrs of experience. Graduated over the years in Salesforce for different modules with mastery over sales and service cloud and Salesforce Administration.

Adapt in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, requirement analysis and project management. Hands on skills in requirement and process documentation using the best industry practices.

Strong analytical, problem solving and user management skills.

Certification in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administration and project management is must. Certification in Business analysis is desirable.
