Salesforce Effectiveness Role - Healthcare/Medical Firm (5-14 yrs)
To develop and own the entire SFE process for Expert Team (Medical Detailing Team). Plan & optimise resources (both field employees & inputs) to maximise delivery from the Expert team, and align with Sales Head for roll out to field. Own Sales force effectiveness data, systems and metrics across the expert organization. Make efficient & exhaustive trackers for the expert team and own analysis of this data - present the analysis and relevant action plan to the management team. Own and drive the aligned action plan with the Expert Team. To drive key business processes such as planning and tracking execution in line with aligned strategy. Formulate training framework and road map for structured and integrated development of the expert sales force and roll out training modules to the field team. To build capability for the organization in line with called out priorities.

- Plan & optimise resources (both field employees & inputs) to maximise delivery
- Own Sales force effectiveness data
- Ensuring effective launch of new products
- Make efficient & exhaustive trackers for the expert team and own analysis of this data
- Formulating training framework and road map for structured and integrated development of the sales force
- Process design and adherence in the sales team - Tour Plan, reporting and other processes
- Own business planning and work with the sales head to drive and monitor plans
- Build and maintain tools to track, measure and review sales data and metrics. Ownership for dashboards and reporting
- Design, review and monitor execution plans and strategies, including detailing fundamentals.
- Plan & implement learning road map for employee life cycle.
- Reviewing SFE KPI metrics to ensure compliance with organisation SFE guidelines. Align metrics to organizational strategies
- Design, rollout and monitor sales force rewards and recognition programs
- Maintain and track inputs including materials, inputs required for effective delivery
