Salesforce CRM Functional Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 in CM and 2 in CRM
- Min 1 end to end implementation experience in SAP Customer management in S4 HANA 2023
- Should have strong knowledge in SAP CM Base configuration
- Experience in configuring CRM for Utilities (ISU) prior to CM experience
- Experience in E2E CRM Service configuration
- Experience in developing FS for CM Screen enhancement/Web UI enhancement
- Experience in Business Master Data/Technical Master configuration
- Experience in IVR integration with CRM/CM
- Should have good configuration knowledge in CM WebUI
- Should have good process knowledge of Customer management Business Processes in Gas industry like New Service Connection, Customer complaints management, Amendment of Contracts etc.
- Should have knowledge in ISU : Contract Account, Business Partners, Installation, Contracts, Notifications and Troubleshooting.
