Designation : Salesforce Architect

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions for SFDC and Force.com platform

- Majorly focusing on solution scoping, design, development and data migration or loading activities. Providing technical expertise in design, development, testing and debugging.

- Work directly with clients, understanding their requirements and meeting their expectations

- End to end project management, full life cycle of project implementations.

- Coordinating with other team members as and when required to scope, design, develop, test and refine customized Salesforce solutions,

- Closely working with Team to escalate any out-of-scope items and project delays.

- Enhance and oversee Salesforce development processes to ensure the right tools, methodologies and practices are used appropriately

- Monitor, schedule, and review all development projects and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.

- Manage and mentor other developers

Skill set required :

- an expert in Force.com web application development, salesforce.com integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using the Force.com API, APEX, Visualforce and other tools that extend the product

- Experience with SFDC functional solutions architecture

- Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support

- Qualification: Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science)

- Experience 5-8 years of professional experience

- Experience developing and delivering solutions to customer problems,

- Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.

- Solid knowledge of SOQL/SOSL.

- Understanding deployment process

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Ability think out of box

- Problem solving attitude

- In-depth experience with JQuery and/or ExtJS a plus.

- Experience with Agile/Srum development practices a plus.

- Exposure in working with Onshore Clients/International Level projects

CTQs(Critical To Quality)

- Apex, Visualforce, often leveraging Trigger/Batch, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Workflow Rules

- Exposure in other technologies apart Salesforce

- Understanding of WSDL Technology

- Understanding of Salesforce Architecture
