Role Overview:
- Responsible for the successful delivery of complex Salesforce solutions to customers.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Salesforce.com products, APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and Amazon Web Services.
- Proficient in mobile development technologies, integration/ETL technologies.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce and their use cases.
- Solid knowledge of web service technologies and MVC architecture.
- Competence in Salesforce integration techniques using APIs and middleware.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with various systems.
Salesforce Platform Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on development on the Salesforce platform.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
- Robust Javascript and front-end development skills.
- Proficiency in LWC or Aura components development.
Architectural Design and Best Practices:
- Ability to design scalable and performance-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with key design patterns and awareness of large data volume limitations.
- Knowledge of data sharing, visibility considerations, and how these affect platform architecture.
-Salesforce Industry-Specific Solutions Expertise (Preferred)
- Proficiency with Salesforce Health Cloud for creating connected patient experiences in healthcare.
- Experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, focusing on streamlining operations and enhancing visibility into sales and operations planning.
- Understanding of Salesforce Education Cloud to improve student and staff engagement and drive success across educational institutions.
- Knowledge of Financial Force, offering financial management and Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud to facilitate efficient, self-service ordering processes for business buyers.
Project Lifecycle and Methodologies:
- Excellent grasp of the overall Project Lifecycle, encompassing analysis, delivery, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
- Thorough understanding of various development methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches
