The incumbent will be responsible for -
- Developing and facilitating an effective and future-ready sales and distribution system for the Company.
- Conceptualizing and establishing Sales Function strategic roadmap.
- Developing and establishing a comprehensive Retail Execution Framework implementing through team and individual KPIs integrated with monthly planning and review processes.
- Sales Transformation and Excellence
- Capability Building and Development
- Sales IT Management
The incumbent should be full time MBA from premium institutes like IIM's, SIBM, SCMHRD, SPJIMR, JLIBM, MDI, FMS Delhi, XLRI etc from 2004 / 2005 / 2006 / 2007 passout Batch. He / She should have 11 to 15 years of post MBA experience in Sales & Distribution, Sales Development, Capability Building, Sales Strategy and Sales IT Management in a FMCG / CPG Company.
