You will work with local and global teams to deliver training and elevate the quality of sales effectiveness in.   The right candidate will help us scale by developing, delivering and tracking coaching and training programs for the sales team (Inside sales) to drive business growth in India. You will be responsible for helping lay the foundation of how sales training and development programs are conducted and measured, in collaboration with global teams.   Key Duties / Responsibilities  Training Needs Analysis and Planning   - Assess training needs of the sales and retention teams and makes recommendations on new training initiatives that will improve the selling experience and outcome  - Prioritize & plan all curriculum development and facilitation projects basis business needs - Conceptualize & spearhead all the Sales Training initiatives for internal and external sales personnel. Also, develop and execute capability building plans for the sales personnel.  Content Development   - Develop content (SOP- s, sales pitches, product etc.) for sales, product and soft skills training.  - Own the design, structure and maintenance of content management systems (i.e. source content repository, learning management systems)  - Drive effectiveness and consistency in materials development, delivery methodology, or delivery vehicles  - Use up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the sales content and act as a subject matter expert in the sales/functional area of the content  Program Development and Delivery  - Design and deliver customized training programs, workshops and classes for sales and retention team based on business needs or performance opportunities while ensuring consistency and highest level of delivery standards (this would include sales, soft skills and product training)  - Conducts continuous learning events including side-by-side observations, coaching sessions (for consultants and managers) to align to and increase sales process and effectiveness - focusing on specific sales methodology in use on site.  - Determine audience needs and flex program delivery to be applicable for the particular audience by leveraging various delivery techniques like classroom coaching, self-learning, gamification, group activities, etc.  - Determine frequency of training/refresher training basis need of the sales teams.  Cross-functional collaboration  - Partner and collaborate with sales leaders and global L&D teams to define learning development strategies in order to ensure sales effectiveness.   - Collaborate with other Business Unit leaders to drive unity, ensure collaboration and drive consistency of best practice identification and adoption across the company.  - Manage Sales Training Vendor(s) & Trainers and the Training content & software vendors  Analysis and Evaluation of Sales Training initiatives  Evaluation, Certification & Reporting  - Evaluates, measures, collects, and tracks training effectiveness data and performance metrics for purpose of continuous improvement, curriculum  - Monitor & improve the Sales Training implementation for increasing effectiveness of the sales force   - Implement periodic and timely quality assessment structures to review job, task, skill and competency across the team and identify future curriculum development or performance enhancement activities  - Lead audit process related to Learning, Development and Quality for the team members and ensure process adherence for recruitment and certification of Sales Reps  - Define metrics and track, Review and Report capability scores and related data as well as skill level tracker in specified format to sales leaders  - Monitor SOP compliance through sample/dip-checks and develop performance improvement plan (PIP) basis evaluation findings   - Liaison with other comparable organizations for bench marking Training & Development practices.  Required Skills / Qualifications  - Graduate/MBA in sales and marketing with 6-8 years of experience in delivering training for Sales Teams (preferably Inside Sales). Experience in SaaS/internet is preferred. Accounting/finance background is a plus.  - Experience in sales management and selling skills with certification in reputable sales processes   - Hands-on execution experience in courseware development of a complex nature, demonstrating agility, speed, and efficiency of advanced instructional design, in a highly changing environment  - Data-driven approach to evaluate training impact on key marketing and business metrics  - Significant experience relevant to the skill sets being taught, for example; sales, leadership, technology  - Classroom training experience in a variety of venues that may include technology, sales, or leadership learning activities   - Experience Identifying and addressing challenges that arise in a typical classroom situation  - Experience delivering extended (multiple week) training programs   - Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills   - Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced and rapidly changing environment  - Ability to work in a team environment.   - Detail focused, executes with excellence and owns the outcome.  - Track record of excellent partnering, collaboration and influencing across company functions, different cultures and complex time zones.  - Demonstrated ability to excel within an environment of change, and gets going with little to no direction.  - Self-motivated, tenacious and balanced individual who brings - can do- motivation to work every day.   - Previous experience with Bookkeeping or Accounting preferred  - Previous experience working with QuickBooks Online desirable  - Strong communication skills with advanced language proficiency in English written & verbal   - Previous experience in handling training's through LMS is an added advantage  - Applicants only from E commerce & IT companies can apply for this role.
