Location : Mumbai
Key responsibilities :
- Interact with key personnel in the S&D and marketing teams to understand the future business priorities & training needs
- Basis above, prepare the training needs by level and state in agreement with NSDM
- Lead / work with regional teams and external agencies (where required) to develop the training modules to be executed
- Prepare the training calendar and budget by level and state in accordance with the identified training needs
- Recruit regional sales training managers (as required) and select external training vendors (as required) to drive the training agenda
- Design and implement a process to track the delivery of training and its quality as per the planned calendar
- Design and implement a process to track the effectiveness of the training programs (e.g. trainer feedback, behavioral changes in the sales team)
Education and other skills needed :
- Strong communication and teaming skills
- ~8 years of FMCG sales training experience, hands-on sales exposure preferred
- Masters/ Bachelors degree in sales & marketing (Advantage in case of previous sales Training exp.)
- Experience in sales capability development
