Sales Training Manager - FMCG

We require a Sales Training Manager from FMCG Industry ( with 10 to 15 years experience ) for a leading processor and exporters of packaged basmati rice in the country.

- The company is a dynamic and diversified agribusiness and foods company dealing into varied businesses such as Organic Foods, Grain Storage, Staple Foods and Healthy snacks market.

- It has a strong global network in more than 50 countries across the globe in major markets like USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Middle East, South Africa, Mauritius and Australia.

Location : Delhi / NCR

Total 10 to 15 years experience out of which 5 to 7 years in Sales & 5 to 7 years in Training in a leading FMCG organization in Commodities /FMCG /Foods / Beverage

- People from Commodities /FMCG/Foods / Beverage domain only should apply.

Responsible for :

- Conceptualizing the Training content

- Execution Delivery of the training workshops for SE/ASM/RSM etc & for Distributor's Sales People

- Creative, Analytical ability, conceptual thinking, multitasking skill

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Salary range - 12-15 LPA
