Position Title : Sales training manager

Location : Manesar

Ctc to be offered : 7lac to 10lac pa ; depending upon current pay package and experience .

Job Responsibility :

Position Purpose :

- To take ownership of enhancing the competency levels of the employees through varied, effective training solutions

- To design and deliver highly customized training programs for enriching sales and soft skills aligned with the vision and business goals of the organization

- To plan and execute need based employee engagement initiatives

Job Profile :

- To conduct effective sales training's for employees

- To conduct & organize training's for dealer sales employees based on business requirements

- To conduct effective induction and orientation sessions of the new employees at the Head office/corporate office

- To serve as an active member of the Training Department's management team

- To deliver soft skills trainings to employees at Head office, branches and plants

- To customize and design content for various training programs as per business objective

- To do the stipulated no. of field accompaniment calls with the sales employees every month

- To work closely with the L&D Head to develop new content

- To assist the L&D Head in developing training calendar and plans for the upcoming year/month.

- To monitor and review the progress of trainees as a part of training implementation.

- To ensure implementation of quality training programs through pre and post tests, role plays, audits, follow-ups on implementation plans etc.

- Keep self updated with latest training trends, developments and best practices.

- To ensure adherence to training SOP's as defined.

- To involve actively in employee engagement activities like birthday events, celebrations, library management and 'learn through fun' activities.

- To prepare required MIS.

- To write minutes of daily plan vs achievement.

Functional Requirements :

- Proven success as a trainer & training manager.

- Expertise in traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).

- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.

- Track record in designing and executing & self - delivering successful training programs.

- Excellent in spoken and written communication skills

- Experience of conducting sales training programs at different levels for company sales employees (mandatory)

- Experience of conducting soft skills/behavioral programs like time management, planning, process orientation, business communication etc across different levels in the organization

- Knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies

- Experience in content development and module creation

- Proficiency in MS office especially word and PowerPoint.

Experience : 6 to 10 years Sales training experience (mandatory)

Qualification : Graduate or above
