As a Sales Trainer, you will own & enhance the process adherence to provide truly exceptional experience to customer, and maximising sales representative effectiveness by determining and solving training needs.

What you will do:

- Preparing new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, provide resources and assistance for the new hires

- Identifying areas of improvement to increase the conversion ratio

- Monitoring trends (increase/decrease) in sales via different tracking methods

- Studying sales results and conferring with sales managers on corrective action

- Elevating individual results by conducting training sessions, identifying areas of improvement and appropriate coaching

- Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, be readily available to the sales representatives.

- Conducting Training Need Analysis by working with sales managers, creating framework for sales pitches based on the market, customer requirements and product challenges.

- Maintaining project documentation and good call library to drive continuous improvement

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Sales Training experience of 2+ years mandatory, overall sales experience of 5+ years

- An ability to manage the full training cycle - Knowledge of tracking sales trends (increase/decrease in sales)


- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and team management skills

- Good people management and interpersonal skills, ability to give coaching/feedback for improvement


Salary offered: 8-10LPA
