Operational
- Support Head - SC & PP & I in identifying current and future functional training needs for sales teams in the region by working closely with the Regional Sales Teams.
- Analyze key sales metrics in the region to identify focus areas for improvement through sales capability building interventions
- Conduct various training programs for sales teams to boost their performance and increase sales force effectiveness; Also manage and implement an all year round training calendar for the team.
- Conduct various sales related induction programs for new joinees within the Function.
- Analyze training feedback and take appropriate action, as required
- Support Head - SC/PP & I in designing and developing structured functional training programs in conjunction with SME's / Product Heads
- Support Head - SC/PP & I in identifying external training and accreditation bodies capable of delivering required specialized sales training programs
