Through its proprietary cloud platform, it provides web presence solutions including web hosting, eCommerce & other business tools to approximately 6+ million subscribers globally.  Role : Sales Team Lead  This role is primarily responsible to drive Sales & Revenue, ensure top team's operational efficiency, conduct periodic Performance Reviews, develop and retain top performers.  Role specs :   - Leading a team of inside sales associates & attaining revenue goals   - Handling new sales initiatives, targeted pitches and modified sales approach depending on the campaigns you will be driving.  - Managing operational requirements and monitoring of metrics.  - Prepare sales pitches and provide inputs to upgrade the existing sales collateral   - Strategizing the complete sales process from opportunity creation to closure   - Plan & drive campaigns alongside brand marketing   - Track and report Key Performance Indicator data for the team  Candidate specs :  - Need to have strong selling skills with preferred sales background with eCommerce, internet sales, technology sales .  - Able to design & deliver sales campaigns, create sales pitches, training & mentoring team to deliver.  - Excellent communication and analytical   - Having people management experience is a plus
