Sales Support Role - B2B Saas Company - Remote - 15 LPA
The opportunity is for you if you are:
- Experienced in end-to-end global B2B SaaS sales support
- Experienced in being a part of the Sales functions from the ground up, including processes and tools
- 5-8 years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role
- 5-8 years of experience in sales
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process
- Backing up the sales process with robust follow ups and end to end backend tasks
- Suggest solutions in a timely manner
- Set objectives and KPIs
- Set up and monitor sales processes
- Serve as advisor to our employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
- Stay up-to-date with latest sales trends and best practices
- Building and supporting in contracts with clients
- Follow up with clients on meetings and other communication on Sales
