To be a part of Central account team of Agency and facilitate channel growth by providing support in form of analytics and strategy
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy and planning :
- Cascade and align business plans of Agency and ensure effective implementation of the same
- Driving organization/channel level projects
- To be the key resource to the VP Agency central accounts and Zonal /Regional Manager for the achievement of business by providing superior channel understanding and appropriate support through dashboards
- Contribute to the organizational understanding of the product and industry dynamics
- Work closely with the channel head and VP Agency central accounts to design business plans on a yearly & monthly basis
Achievement of sales objectives:
- Evaluate opportunities (Eg: Verticals-SME) to maximize volume and value growth for the Channel to enable and achieve the same
- Work closely on the login to conversion process for the channel
- Ongoing monitoring and review against a plan and take appropriate course corrections in focus and Key result areas of Channel
- Evaluate opportunity areas within own channel and acquire the understanding of benchmark practices and adapt and adopt best practices
- Provide appropriate specific inputs to VP/Sr. VP Agency on best practice across the industry
