- The GRC Sales Specialist is responsible for selling GRC solutions to Banks, Financial Institutions and Non-Financial clients primarily in India. This job would involve selling solution such as Compliance Management Solutions, Internal Audit Solutions, Transwatch, FATCA Compliance, Training Solutions, and other Regulatory Intelligence Solutions. This is a quota bearing role that requires end-to-end sales management of complex deals with lengthy sales cycles.
- The candidate is required to identify the customer’s needs and to close sales using a consultative selling approach in a way that builds a value for the customer and facilitates opportunities for future sales while generating profitable sales that meets territory objectives through meeting and/or exceeding established sales targets.
- This is accomplished through an in-depth understanding of GRC products, generating and managing C-level business relationships, professional sales techniques, and the needs of the market while demonstrating a high level of professional qualities and disposition that commands attention and respect from our Customers. End to end management of RFIs and RFPs are an important aspect of this role.
