Responsibilities: The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting Enterprise Sales in the following areas: - Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating &amp; delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations. - Developing exhaustive and compelling proposals after understanding the exact business problem - Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements - Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's &amp; RFP- s - Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process - Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements - Keeping abreast of market trends and products &amp; competitor landscapes - Verifying that the contents of an order form comply with the customer's requirement Key Requirements: - Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field - Have 3-5 years prior experience within presales - Possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills - Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders - Become a bridge between Sales and Product Team to help sales get quick responses to all their queries and provide regular feedback to the Product team from the Market (Clients) about new product requirement
