Position Details:
- We are looking for a person who wishes to work in a fast paced start-up environment, has a desire to accelerate his career in SaaS platform led service offerings in analytics and process outsourcing and wants to develop into strong leader that that can help grow and develop a high performing sales team.
- You must be self-motivated, ambitious, passionate about SaaS led analytics/process services and eager to building new business.
This position is based in Bangalore
Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred. 4-7 years sales experience
- Numbers driven, relationship based sales background, with strong experience in solution sellingand consultative sales is essential
- Enterprise Software Sales (preferably BI, CPM, SCM, BPM) or Business Analytics Services sales background, who has successfully sold to Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain teams in an organization
- Exposure to start up organizations or working in SaaS organizations involved in enterprise software or business analytics would be highly valued
- Should be highly comfortable selling technology led services to CFO, COO organization
- Ability & willingness to be an individual contributor with ability to hire, manage and build high performing sales teams in future
- Consistent over-achievement recognition
Job Description:
- Responsible for the revenue for Business Unit as per the quarterly goals and sales quota targets
- Drive customer relationships for new service offerings in Analytics (Financial Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Marketing and HR Analytics, etc)
- Liaise with CEMs (Account Managers) & Vertical Field Force to penetrate and up sell into existing accounts (both hunting and farming), positioning a variety of technology led value propositions
- Proactively identify niche areas within customers, and help define value propositions
- Drive solution for RFx responses and Represent the BU in client discussions, trade shows and other industry networking events.
