South Market - Sales - Water Purifier
Job Description:
- Handling entire South India as a region
- Leading the Regional team, to achieve top and bottom line budgets
- Manage working capital as per company norms.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and customer satisfaction in the region
- Build an effective and motivated sales team
- Guide the team to nurture and develop key accounts
- Develop strong Channel partner business in the region
- Expand and open new markets in the region.
- Train sales team in sales and Channel management
- Define clear sales objectives for the team on market mapping, sales calls, repeat sales, key accounts sales etc.
Requirements:
Experience : 4 years of experience in handling entire South Sales Region
Education : BE & MBA.
Industry Type : Experience in Institutional / Corporate / Office automation business, IT/ hardware, office consumables/ furniture or Packaged AC, Water Industry preferred.
Functional Area : Working knowledge of leading a team of sales personnel.
- Should have had exposure to team working & team management.
- Should have proven experience in key account management & institutional channel development.
