Sales Role - TV Ad

About the position :

- TV Experience at least 4 to 5 years

- Looking for a TV background ; someone with TV background but with 2nd , 3rd line of TV channels.

- The candidate is expected to do ad sales/ inventory sales for the channels.

- Build the ad sales business, drive to achieve the sales target for effectively utilizing the available inventory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Achievement of assigned targets within the specified time frame & yield improvements over last year.

- New Business Development/ New advertisers on the channel to maximize revenue.

- Innovation/ conceptualization & execution of out-of-the-box sales ideas / deals in conjunction with the Content team

Performance Measures :

- Achievement of assigned targets

- Up sell and renewal of existing business from customers

- Ability to create unique sales stories/ deals

Qualification :

- Total of about 2 to 10 years of experience in television/tv sales

- Strong knowledge of various industries

Knowledge & Skills :

- Ability to drive and achieve sales targets.

- Leverages relationships & is a capable networker

- Should be both a category & a brand builder.

- The candidate should be ready to work for a fast changing environment and should be adaptable to change.
