Sales Role - National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme

Job Description: Sales BD (NAPS) is a full-time role within Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd., working in conjunction with the National Sales Head. Leading Sales, and ensuring that the business exceeds the stipulated target.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- B2B Client meetings / Calls / Emailing.

- Visiting Corporates / SMEs / Factories & Plants (Targeting HR Heads / Decision makers)

- Drafting proposals as per client requirements.

- Negotiation of sales deals & agreement signup.

- Coordinating with Recruitment & Onboarding teams for successful delivery, thus resulting in client satisfaction.

- Additional: Exposure to channel partner / vendor creation (for Client development & Mobilizing of manpower).
