POSITION KEY ACCOUNT-ABILITIES
1. Achieve business plan volume of electric vehicles for the assigned territory (4W+3W).
2. Map new segment opportunities in Govt/ Institutions, tender business, Tourism, forest departments, Smart cities, Metro Corporations etc & crack new accounts.
3. Pitch holistic end-to-end EV solutions including vehicles, finance, charging infrastructure, fleet management etc.
4. Plan & execute important tasks like visit to customers, events to generate enquirers and create healthy pipeline.
5. Business development - Maintain relationship with key accounts like EESL, BluSmart, Lithium, Rydes etc. to ensure 360 degree engagement and get repeat orders.
6. Focus on creating bulk business opportunities for Treo under various segments.
7. Close monitoring of enqurie / pipeline, billing and retail.
8. Work with customer care team to ensure satisfaction of Key accounts- Existing & New.
9. Closely work with RSM/ZH/ RBH and HO, update on competition intelligence and share feedback on products from our key customers.
10. Align stakeholders- RSMs, RBH, CBH, ZH, CC team to effectively deliver on new initiatives and business volume.
