Job Description :

- Use company dashboards to call 100-120 Parent leads every day

- Plan and take parent demos (Home Visits and/or Video based demos)

- Achieve Targets and Make incentive

- Proactive to generate leads from different channel

- Have a flavor of sales strategies

- Experience with B2C sales

What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for :

- A keen desire to drive the Business Development/Sales for a fast growing seed funded early stage startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Business Development/Sales and shape it independently like a Founder

Primary Skill :

- Ability to hustle and take cold calls

- Sales Mindset

- Ability to take demos and convince parents

- A keen desire to achieve targets and make incentive

Salary can go upto 17 LPA max
