- Develop a relationship with allocated NBFC partners and build an efficient sales structure for the achievement of an annual plan for CP & retail premium targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sales & Process Interventions :
- External Relationship management with key stakeholders at partners end.
- Performance analysis of teams, identification of areas for improvement, best practices replication across partners across Geographies.
Business Planning, Strategy, Servicing/ Support :
- Create and manage an efficient resource and target allocation methodology.
- Team deployment in an efficient manner for productivity optimization.
Achieving Sales Targets :
- Deliver sales targets for the year for an identified set of partners by sustaining and improving market share.
