JD :

- We are looking for candidates with good experience in Structured finance, Project Finance as well as in Global Banking.

- Using comprehensive range of trust and loan products, teams will support you throughout the life-cycle of your business financing requirements in a range of specialist areas including debt capital, escrow, structured finance, project finance and Islamic finance.

- Candidate should have knowledge about SEBI & RBI regulations governing the securities products / Capital Markets.

- Candidate should have knowledge of basic transaction banking - fund transfers, cross border payment systems, types of accounts, etc

- Strong business development skills, performance driven and sales-oriented

- Ability to engage with people at all levels

- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders for winning mandates and ensuring smooth execution

- Knowledge of FEMA regulations for capital account transactions will be an advantage

- Knowledge of capital market transactions - open offers, buybacks, etc. will be an advantage
