- 10 to 12 years of Sales & business development work experience in an Internet, media or technology company experience a huge plus.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is considered a plus.
- Relevant higher degree such as an MBA is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Extensive list of contacts within the space.
- Energetic and creative. Go-getter attitude and strong focus driven
