POSITION OVERVIEW:
- The Sales Professional position based out Pune & expected to grow and retain the market share and customer base in our Delhi (North Region) Electronics & Clean Energy SBU Pune (West Region) Mobility SBU - Automotive (except battery management) and BTRS (Bus/Truck/Railway/Speciality Vehicles)
While achieving profit sales targets, The Sales Professional is expected to:
- Demonstrates an ability to communicate and influence at all levels;
- Technically competent & independently manage demonstrations and technical problem-solving.
- Focused on growth (larger opportunities), and optimizing price and profitability;
- Accountable for delivering results for the territory, Distribution & Key Accounts Management.
- Ability to train & mentor entry / new sales roles

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 year college degree, with a technical/mechanical, marketing, or chemistry background preferred
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience in Industrial B2B selling, proven track record in sales targets, account management and new market developments.
