Sales & Reporting Analyst

Shift timings: 10 am to 7 PM

Work location - Pune (Hybrid)

Reports to: Business Analysis Team Leader EMEA

Summary: Reporting to the BA Team Leader EMEA you will oversee and produce sales and P&L information tools and dashboards for the EMEA organization.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- MBA full time

- The candidate will have a proven track record within financial management with exposure towards sales reporting, sales analysis, and management reporting.

- The candidate will need to demonstrate advanced PC software proficiency (advanced MS Excel is a must, familiar with Access).

- Knowledge of SAP (ECC 6) and QlikSense is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

- To produce and maintain all monthly sales reports per category and market for the EMEA organization, merging information from SAP EU and SAP US in Excel databases with pivot tables.

- This requires the maintenance of multiple off-line cross-reference tables.

- Related to this accountability is the maintenance of customer and product hierarchies, cost of sales, distribution costs, the quarterly revision of sales territories, and the maintenance of sales targets in reporting tools.

- To provide monthly analysis on category and market results. Focus on sales and gross profit variance analysis, understanding the key drivers price, volume, cost of sales and distribution expense
