- Experience in handling positions from Entry Level to Top Level.
- Good experience in head hunting, Bulk Hiring, Sales Hiring
- Expertise in sourcing and screening through various job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn.
- Keeping track of recruitment data- Offer tracker and Closed Position.
- Managing TAT within the stipulated time fame, good in stake holder management.
- Extend offers and negotiate with candidates.
- Conducting interviews with candidate's salary fitment discussions and releasing offers.
- Preparing job description as per the stakeholder's requirement.
