Roles and Responsibilities for various job positions are given below:

Job Title: Community Manager

Responsibilities
- Achieve new business and manage relationships with existing Communities

- Source and call all leads and prospects as well as organize and conduct sales demos to Communities sector.

- Promote brand identity by providing excellent customer service via regular updates and reviews on our product.

- Ensure that the aggressive goals are met.

- Share feedback and Market Trends to help improve and fine tune the product as per customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Degree with relevant sales experience, good sales track record will be at an advantage.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels

- A team player who shows initiative and assertiveness.

- A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading and improving personal knowledge and skills to meet evolving job
requirements.

- Good sales and negotiation skills.

- Drive and motivation to meet targets.

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi
