Sales Professional - Technology Solutions - CMMI 5 Level Firm

Hiring Sales Professional for CMMI 5 Level Client for Pune/Bangalore Location.

Work location: Pune/ Bangalore

Experience range: 10-15 yr.

Reporting to : India Sales head

- Engagement and interacting with CXO/Business Head level Enterprise customers, focus on large Captive accounts (Software, Manufacturing & Financial services )

- Lead and acquire new sales /logos across targeted segments /Solution

- Credible experience in selling technology based solutions (both IT and Business) to strategic customers across Enterprise customers .

- Ensures effective client engagement and stakeholder management during assignment

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Has over 10 years of experience in selling IT services .Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships

- Ability to articulate the value proposition; focus on selling business outcomes, not just technology solutions, solutions sales approach Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of the entire services portfolio

- Should have exposure in IT professional services (Staff augmentation) selling .

- Has a strong business and financial acumen.

- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with systems management concepts, processes and standards; capacity/performance management and the fundamentals
