Report to: Manager of International Business Dept.

Job Duties

a. Sales Management

1.Make a quantifiable annual sales budget according to the Dept.'s sales target, including product line, sales target, sales strategy, sales plan, sales channel- etc., regularly present the report of the achievement, short-term working pan, and resource demanding to the Dept. Manager.

b. Customer Management

1.Contribute to the development of Keywa's business in Indian Market, this may involve customer support of existing customers, developing new customers, conducting commercial feasibility studies for new business opportunities, establishing partnerships with local or regional players, or otherwise developing local business opportunities.

2. Maintain good relationship with customers, collect payment or overdue payment.

c. Marketing Management

1. Assist Dept. Manager to determine the product line and price strategy, and adjust the strategy according to the market and related factors change.

2. Assist Marketing Dept. to develop marketing strategy for product line, participate in various exhibitions and forums

3. Conduct the market research, often provide a local market trend, competitors and/or customers- feedback, and make the sales plan according to the results, and timely adjustment of marketing strategy.

4, Perform customer visit in regularly, and present customer visit report.

d. Others

1.Complete other tasks assigned by direct Superior or Company

2.Cooperate with other team members in the company

Qualification:

1. 28 Years Old or above, bachelor's degree or above.

2. Degree from Chemistry, Marketing, and Foreign Trade.

3. At least 5 years of working experience in chemical industry, especially in petrochemical, daily used chemicals, and pharmaceutical industry.

4. Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills with proactive, flexible and result-oriented personality

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability to work in a rapid change
