Financial Products Expertise:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of various financial products and services, including but not and wealth management solutions as well.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends in the financial sector.
2) Training Program Development / Content Preparation:
- Assess the specific training needs of financial sales persons based on their knowledge, market demands, product updates, and industry changes.
- Develop comprehensive need based training programs tailored towards the requirement of the organisation.
- Create engaging and informative training materials, presentations, case studies, and simulations.
- Developing content from time to time required to upgrade the skills of employees in terms of technical knowledge.
- Identify outsourcing of vendors who can create relevant / quality content as per need of organisation.
3) Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions for financial sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance guidelines, and client relationship management.
- Utilize interactive training methods, such as workshops, role-playing scenarios, and real-life case studies, to enhance learning and retention.
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve their product understanding and selling skills.
- Identify good quality trainers who can deliver training on the technical front, if required.
4) Performance Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs by evaluating sales team performance, client feedback, and sales metrics.
- Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives and adjust training programs based on performance outcomes and market feedback.
5) Professional Development:
- Stay informed about emerging financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions to continuously enhance personal knowledge and training techniques.
