JOB Description:

- Analysis of sales, planning, budgeting, forecasting of sales, MIS report.

- Prepare market intelligence reports within specified timelines to facilitate strategic sales decision making.

- Track discounts and scheme spends / disbursement by market

- Coordinate with different parts of the organization for timely redressal of complaints

- Updates and maintains all sales related documents (e.g. sales reports, cost cards, etc.)

- Sales forecasting (Budgeting, subsequent PFs) and Incentive calculation for TSEs.

- Creating regular sales pipeline and sales performance reports.

- Contribute in developing long term business strategy for sustainable opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA from top B School

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

- 2+ yrs of relevant work experience.

- Industry Preference : FMCG, Retail
