- Understand our current platform and build confidence by working closely with sales leaders.
- Master the input and output metrics that drive our sales growth.
- Understanding of sales process by category right from lead generation till renewal.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for forecasts.
- Drive the key metrics of business including revenue, productivity, efficiency
- Key role in the Leadership role in driving the P&L.
Eligibilty Criteria :
- Strong forecasting experience in demand/supply planning in large volumes
- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges preferred
- Understanding of Sales processes with large Sales operations
- Analytical bend and strong decision making ability
- Hunger for growth
