We have a Job opening for Sr. Sales manager with a MNC in Pharma Machinery/ Capital Equipment.

Details are as below:

Position : Manager /Sr. manager - Sales

Location : Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Qualification : BE (Elec or Mech),

Industry Preference : Pharma Machinery/Capital Equipment Manufacturing

CTC : 10 – 18 lacs

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

- To manage Team of Sales & Service Engineers

- To ensure Sales in respect of Product and Territory

- To liaison with customers to understand their requirements

- To scan the environment for new opportunities and competition activities

- To work towards customer and Principal engagement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- To formulate budget customer wise and product wise for the sales area and achievement of committed figures.

- To ensure sales in respective product and sales area by SPANCO process (S – suspect, P – prospect, A – approval, N – negotiate, C – close, O – order)

- To ensure customer satisfaction and create reference.

- To enhance market share
