Description :
Reporting to the management, successful candidate will work as a Sales Operations Manager across three key areas:
1. Build a strong sales operating model and cadence:
- Provide thought leadership on sales operational excellence
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to manage the sales process & pipeline for maximum effectiveness & efficiency
- Ensure sales teams have appropriate reporting, dashboards, and analytics with high quality data
- Identify critical issues impacting operations and strategy from metrics including productivity insights, lead-to-sales analysis and segment/account trends
- Run go-to-market strategy projects and conduct market scans/competitive analysis
- Support sales leaders and finance on sales pipeline and forecasting
- Work with sales and global sales ops leaders on compensation plans and training programs
- Work with sales leaders and global sales ops to define and deploy technology roadmaps
- Gather requirements and advocate for your customers' "problems
- Involve the right people (sales/marketing/care/IT/finance/HR) at the right time to achieve the project goal
- Help drive adoption and oversee administration of enterprise business tools (Salesforce.com)
- Work with sales leaders, global learning & development, product, and marketing teams to localize and deliver sales training programs
- Conduct ops review with sales leaders on the services the Sales Operations & Strategy functions provide
- Participate in extended staff meetings with in-country leaders and build relationships
- Bachelors/Masters Degree preferred with MBA
- Proven ability to define sales processes that improve efficiency & effectiveness
- Deep, recent experience (3+ years) with salesforce.com; administrator experience/certification a plus
- Advanced reporting/analytic, data, and Excel skills; strong attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with senior executives
- Understanding of sales processes and ability to engage proactively/confidently with experienced sales leaders
- Strong leader with proven ability to influence executives and build strong teams in matrix environments
- Self-motivated, tenacious and balanced individual who brings 'can do' motivation to work every day
- Entrepreneurial skills, ability to lead change in a fast-paced environment
- Global work experience is a plus
