Position Summary :

We are seeking a talented, committed and qualified Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will work within the Salesforce and OpenAir platforms to execute our sales operations processes. In conjunction with key stakeholders, the Sales Operations Specialist co-creates processes and data structures to increase the effectiveness of our sales, customer success, and business operations, and ensures data integrity and up-to-date reporting.

Strong candidates will be self-starters with an ability to create solutions for long-term success, while at the same time rolling their sleeves up to effect change on a daily basis. The day-to-day responsibilities will range from managing the sales operations and opportunity tracking process, ensuring accurate data within Salesforce and OpenAir, and supporting business development leaders, consultants, and finance as it pertains to the sales operations function.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Support Business Development leaders with reporting and ad hoc requests

- Input/review prospect and opportunity customer data with strong attention to details and data governance

- Ability to development and support weekly lead and opportunity reporting

- Manage all aspects of Salesforce reporting, data entry, analysis, campaigns and data integrity.

- Managing customer data workflow related to updates

- Monitoring and reporting lead and opportunity metrics

- Work closely with Finance and Accounting to enhance and optimize the opportunity management process and automation

- Supporting sales team with other marketing activities, webinars and related sales support activities as needed

- Handles all basic administrative Salesforce functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks to continually monitor data quality and integrity.

- Assist in data import/export/updates for managers and sales teams.

- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and escalate as needed.

- Create training and user documentation and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added and assist with training end users.

- Maintain data and system integrity in Salesforce.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, contacts, opportunities, account information, leads and pipeline.

Position Requirements :

Work Experience: 2+ years- experience supporting upper management or finance within a dynamic growth professional service company. Experience using Salesforce.com, OpenAir, or other CRM and professional services automation applications preferred.

Additional Requirements

- Strong sense of urgency and ability to pay attention to detail, while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, and motivation to continually learn and improve

- Tech-savvy individual with ability to pick up new technologies quickly - Data-driven; analytical, organized and detail oriented

- Candidate should have a hands-on work style, be a team player and always willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
