Sales Operations Associate  Grisaille AdTech Solutions Private Limited - A Zeta Interactive Global Technologies Arm is seeking an Operations Associate in our Chennai, India office to help ensure the success in meeting the demand of our customers using world-class technology and cutting-edge marketing tools.Reporting to the Senior Manager - Operations, this is an excellent opportunity to enter the world of customer acquisition while driving results through operational excellence in meeting our customer's demands.  Responsibilities:  - Drive new client and program on-boarding end-to-end by working cross-functionally with Client Services, Engineering and Product Management teams on the customer's behalf.  - Configure, operate, and monitor Zeta Interactive's proprietary tools in executing client campaigns.  - Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure full utilization of budgets received every month.  - Maintain accuracy in data entry and create new solutions for improved efficiency and effectiveness.  General Requirements:  - MBA - Sales/ Marketing and 1-3 years of Sales and/or Business Operations experience.  - Strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable in a consultative, client-support environment.  - Ability to prioritize activities, advocate courses of action, and pursue them consistently to completion.  - Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities.  - Solid experience in Excel including pivot tables,and the ability to pick up new software  - Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to help make our campaigns and clients successful.
