Sales Operations Analytics :
- You will drive analytics to track business performance and provide decision making inputs for marketing and customer lifecycle management. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams for various initiatives including product and ad-tech, sales, sales operations, measurement and more.
Your key responsibilities :
- Drive revenue analytics for the SMB business
- Market intelligence, opportunity sizing and competition assessment across digital, TV and Print
- Customer analytics across the customer acquisition funnel from reach & acquisition to conversion and retention
- Regular reporting of key metrics and data to the team for tracking business health, market intelligence and driving decision making
What to bring :
- B.E/B.Tech or MBA(Premium College)with 4-7 years of experience in analytics & knowledge of digital advertising landscape across video, search and social.
- Ability to work with diverse data sets and put together a big picture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, startup environment; with the discipline to drive an iterative, data-driven approach
- Analytical acumen paired with agile, entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
