Sales Manager responsible for devising/executing marketing strategy & online sales
Job Description Based in Mumbai, responsible for the direct sale of online solutions for health care products to clients and online practice management system software products and services, focusing on closing deals to generate revenue and market share. After several years of pre-sales experience working in a mid-size company, ideal candidate is ready to move to a pure sales “hunting” position and devising Sales & Marketing strategy in market.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Define and execute a sales plan to generate revenue from online clients Membership plan and online doctors practice platform
2. Develop all India sourcing agent channel and generate target revenues
3. Discover what is important to the customer to understand business needs and define a sales closing plan;
4. Build, reuse and adapt existing sales material to construct effective proposals;
5. Contribute in brand building & customer loyalty and support trusted relationships.
6. Devising plan for online marketing, tying with various health care services & providing offerings to our clients
Desired Skills & Experience -
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of responsibility in pre-sales requiring extensive Sales experience in online / offline marketing, devising channel partners and penetrate market through online / off-line marketing strategy.
1. Prior Exp. in selling online services to clients.
2. Sales thru direct and indirect sale agent channel
3. Familiar with high tech industry and internet savvy.
4. Superior oral and written communications skills.
5. Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and tactical level.
6. Strong initiative, ability to identify opportunities and independently pursue.
7. Comfortable working at all levels in an SME environment.
