We are currently having operations in 2 prime locations at Noida and Kharagpur.We have tie ups with some of the leading names in the national and international arena, acting as our technology and marketing partners.

P2 Power's technology has been awarded as the most innovative technologies in India at i3 2011 organized by DST & CII.It has also been recognized amongst the top 15 technologies in India by FICCI in 2010.

Job profile:

This role encompasses heading the entire marketing and sales function for the company.It involves responsibility for company revenue generation and all the activities directed towards it.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure Revenue Maximization

- Manage, lead and develop the team of sales personnel.

- Define Product Positioning and Product Differentiators keeping in mind the future of the assigned market

- Initiating corporate alliances to generate volumes as and when applicable.

- Develop a short term and a long term marketing plan within the earmarked marketing budgets. This would mostly involve BTL activities

- Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs

- Prepare the techno-Commercial proposals and reports.

- Attend client meetings for product sell, relationship management, negotiations and releasing purchase orders.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by post sale feedback, customer queries and complaints.

- Designing, promotion material and marketing collaterals.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar profile.

- Should be a MBA-Marketing from a premier B School with a BE/Btech (preferably electrical/electronics) background.

- Experience in a power or technology related industry would be given preference.

- Should have excellent communication skills
