SALES & MARKETING MANAGER- Interior Fitout
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze industry data to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Establish network of B2B Partners such as Architects / Designers / Service Providers etc. for Championing LSI fit out services in their Projects. And developing a loyal client base in the B2B Sector. Establish Minimum 3 Strong Relationships annually - that provide continuous business.
Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their fit-out and finishing requirements.
- Managing the Entire Client Journey - Design and Implement detailed SOP for all Clients through Various Platforms and Different Channels: Fine Tuning Complete Customer Experience right from Meet/ Greet; Service in Offices; Presentation; Take-ways; Office Experience; Collaterals Given etc. - NEEDS TO BE WORLD CLASS. Must have experience in selling to UHNI's.
- Being an Ambassador and foremost Client facing Person for LSII for complete CRM. Ensuring Seamless Client Journey- from: Enquiry- > Order Placement - > Customer Experience during Execution - > After Sales Service.
- Ensure maintaining Client engagement and relation.
- Maintenance of Consolidated Client Databases: B2C/B2B, Different Regions, Leads / Prospects / Enquiries etc.
Sales Development:- Manage Sales & Business Development activities for Private Residential, Commercial and Hospitality Market in expanding Fit-out and with Construction Portfolio amongst all large Private residence projects pan-India.
- Generate leads through various channels such as B2B networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to the prospective clients.
- Design and implement the sales strategies to increase sales and to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead Management - Support in bringing Leads and further its conversion into enquiries. Success ratio should be minimum 10% of qualified leads and tenders.
- Ensuring sales development by 20% on YoY basis.
Product Knowledge:- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in fit-out and finishing products.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients and address their queries effectively.
- Educate Clients/ Designers/ Architects on the premise of Turnkey Fit out Services and its benefits - for them to promote client services
Marketing Strategy:- Design and implement the effective Marketing Strategy to maximize sales results.
- Marketing Campaigning: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Campaign management - Run various campaigns through Digital or non-digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and enquiries.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing tools, social media, and other platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Website Maintenance: Ensure the company's website keeps updated with the latest information, news, media coverages etc.
- Manage all Marketing Agencies including Social Media.
- Prepare and Get approval of Content Calendars Monthly (in-line with the Sales & Marketing Strategy)
- Manage marketing collaterals design + complete production of collaterals & stationary: that assist during the Sales Process. Also lead events for Brand development and developing leads/enquiries for the Sales Process.
- Manage all Social Media Ads for Targeting Relevant Audiences and Manage Analytics and Prepare Reports for Ensuring Strong ROI.
- Liaise with agencies for managing all communication with the Social Media Community.
- Achieve all the Goals as listed in the Social media strategy.
- Ensuring Content is engaging - on ALL PLATFORMS across ALL brands - AND HIGH Levels of Engagement is achieved.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:- Work closely with project managers, design teams, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance product development and service delivery.
- Work alongside with the Estimation Team to ensure effective pricing is done to win projects consistently.
Sales Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
- Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
- Reporting and MIS: Budgets/ ROI's
- Internal & External Newsletters: Prepare monthly internal & external newsletters and dispatch them to the assigned database on monthly basis.
- Sales & Marketing Documentation Management System
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience.
Branding Management: - Ensure adherence of all Marketing & Corporate Brand Guidelines internally as well as externally in terms of communication, documentation, collaterals etc. - across all Cross Functional Departments.
- Ensure Brand Experiences are being complied with in all Collaterals and through the entire Customer Journey for each Vertical.
- PR Coverage: Managing Press Coverage India to position the Brands as Industry Leaders.
- Social Media Influencers: Engage with Relevant Social Media Influencers for increasing brand awareness in relevant target audiences.
- Video production and Photoshoots: Initiating, Managing and Perfecting Photoshoots of all completed projects. All Photoshoots to be of international standards.
- Events/Activities Participation: Participate in any Events as mutually agreed by management

- Awards: Participate in 3-5 Awards this financial year, and win three.
