Headquartered in Mumbai with regional offices in Delhi, Chennai & Bangalore.   Role: Sales & Marketing Mgr - RoMG [Rest of Maharashtra & Goa]  Reporting to National Sales Head  Role specs:  - Handle Sales & Marketing for super premium architectural & interior design solutions for Rest of Maharashtra region & Goa and at a later stage include Central India.   - Monitoring and Analyzing the Sales growth and devising strategies to achieve the Sales Target.   - Will be the primary interface with Architects and clients.   - Advising senior management on maximizing business relationships.   - Individual role with back end support  Location: Can be either Mumbai or Pune based.  Candidate specs:   - Experience in Marketing Luxury products in the Building Industry.   - Can look also at luxury sales background from different industries..   - Proven Track Record.   - Communication and Convincing Skills   - Positive Attitude and Highly Energetic   - Strong Leadership traits with strong interpersonal skills.   Education: Preferably Engineer / Architect / Interior Designer + MBA
