Candidate Profile: - Candidate should be a MBA/PG from a Tier 1 B-School and carry 9 to 12 years of experience in FMCG, Paints, Chemicals. - Must have atleast 10 years of experience into retail and institutional sales and marketing for FMCG products; - Indian Nationals currently in Africa, anywhere in the Middle East or India (willing to relocate to Ethiopia) - Our client is Indian global FMCG company and market leader in its segment. - Strong exposure of retail distribution sales, project and institutional sales is a must. Job Profile: 1. Managing Sales and Marketing activities of Ethiopia unit - Managing business in key segments like Retail, Decorative projects and Institutional - Managing the collections outstanding number of days as per company policy - Efficient and effective network management - Establish contact with various govt. officials and develop rapport with institutional clients. - Regular interaction with CMT to align to AP Global strategic outcomes 2. Assessment of market and development of annual business plan 3. Training and development of Sales and Marketing team 4. Keeping a track on competition activities and overall market dynamics and updating Unit Head about the same and assisting in better market strategy development 5. Warehouse Management - Managing timely service to the customers - Inventory management (FG) in close coordination with production team on a regular basis - Management of Material returns and resolution of customer issues related to pricing and material delivery. 6. Ensure all customer centric activities are carried out properly and as per plan 7. Exploring the export opportunities
