Work as a bridge between business and Analytics
- Sales: Handled General Trade sales of South Territory /North
- Have achieved 95%+target with 17% YOY Growth; Implemented a new Rural Trade Program
- the First territory in the state to complete 3 New Product Launch and scale it up
- First territory in the state to complete the implementation of new Sales Force Automation
- Supply Chain: Devised Value Chain optimisation model to reduce freight costs
- 10% savings in Freight cost by implementing the optimised model in Supply Chain
- Marketing: Studied pricing model for Modern Trade products across the personal care category
- Conducted consumer survey for Modern Trade - purchasing behaviour and pattern
- Suggested specific Product Extensions ategories and SKU for Modern Trade channel
- Corporate Strategy: The responsibility ranging from preparing, evaluating and presenting business cases to the CEO and provide insights to help CEO make informed decisions
- Part of all New Product Launches and finding gaps to streamline the launch process
- Devised and implemented strategy to enter New Product Categories and launch New Products
- Project Manager: Led the project on 3r generation Warehousing & Transport Software
