- Constantly looking for profitable markets / customers & Products

- Continuous Sales promotion for existing and new customer via season catalog, brochure, Product display stall at various recognized exhibitions & frequent customer visits.

- Keeping connect with Brands, Buying houses and Export houses for product placement and promotion

- Trend analysis : current and upcoming

- New product development as per forecasting and Trend analysis for all marketed products

- Managing Quality complaints & diffusing claim settlements for all marketed products
